William Henry Wright was forty when he made his film debut in a short-subject called Pure Feud, 1934, for which he received no credit, his next to last film Twenty Plus Two, 1961 he went uncredited; this would  the ‘norm’ for this actor who appeared uncredited 71 times in a total of just over 140 movies, in 28 years.  His most notable and accredited work came in 1949 with All the King’s Men and Adam’s Rib.
